Hello, and welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Molly Walker and I am a 1991 graduate of St. Mary’s Collage.  I graduated from St. Mary’s with a degree in both Early Childhood and Elementary Education.  I began my teaching career at WACS in 1992 as a second grade teacher.  I also taught third grade, kindergarten and preschool at Cathedral and St. Mary’s until May of 2000.  I had eight wonderful years teaching at WACS, I always felt so fortunate to be a part of the WACS family!  It was a very difficult decision for me to leave the teaching profession when I did but one I will never regret because this gave me the opportunity to stay home and take care of my four young children.  Now that my children are quite a bit older I am able to return to teaching. I feel very blessed to be apart of the WACS family again!
Outside of the classroom my favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family; my husband Scott and our four children Tom, Sarah, Julie and Laura.  When we are not at a band event, volleyball or basketball game or at the ice rink our family loves to camp, and we often visit our families who live in the Chicago and Milwaukee area.
First grade is such a wonderful year and I am very excited to be apart of this important year in your child’s education!
Blessings,
Mrs. Walker
